The service which took place last Sunday (13th May) was attended by a range of  representatives of the county, boroughs and parishes of Lancashire. Blackburn Visitor Centre Moves Again

Blackburn with Darwen Council have announced that the Blackburn Visitors’ Centre has moved from Blackburn Central Library to the new Blackburn Market. It is located opposite Coffee Exchange, presumably on one of the unoccupied stalls. The centre has previously been located in King George’s Hall, Church Street, the Old Market before moving to the library.
