Blackburn’s latest entertainment venue is celebrating a bumper start since opening at the end of March.
Tenpin Blackburn, at Lower Audley, Blackburn, opened its doors Monday 27th March and is now getting ready for a bumper time over the Easter holidays.
The venue includes 24 bowling lanes, American pool tables, table tennis, Namco gaming machines, free Wi-Fi and a sports bar featuring Sky Sports on several large screens with a tasty new food offering. Tenpin has created around 30 new jobs for local people.
General Manager of the Blackburn site Lee Hodson said, “It’s been a great start at Tenpin in Blackburn and we are all set for a busy Easter. The feedback from customers has been amazing and it is clear that Blackburn is excited to have bowling back in the town.
“Customers say they like the bright new look and we are already taking lots of bookings for parties and group events.”
Kalim Hafeji from Blackburn told us, “Having bowling in Blackburn is great! I’ve brought the kids down for the afternoon and they are having a great time. It’s the perfect treat during the school holidays.”
