Blackburn Police are searching for Karl Lynch, 21, who is originally from the Mill Hill area of the town.

He is wanted in connection with offences of assault, criminal damage, threats to commit criminal damage, harassment and public order offences.

PC Gary Hennighan said, “I strongly believe that Lynch is still in the Blackburn area and is being harboured by one or more people as he tries to evade arrest.

“Lynch is wanted for several serious offences and we believe he is well known in the Mill Hill area. I am sure somebody has seen him out and about.

“I am urging anyone who has any knowledge of where Lynch is to contact the police, even anonymously if they would prefer.”

If you know where Karl Lynch is or have information that could help the police you should call 101 or alternatively, information can be passed via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
