Man is punched in the head as he walks home in Blackburn two men suffering from offence Lancashire Police cruise Audley Range asian men A man was attacked from behind by two men as he walked home along a Blackburn street.

The offence took place at 9.25pm on Saturday 25 August when the 20-year-old victim was walking along North Road in the Audley Range area when he was attacked from behind by two Asian men.

The men punched him in the head and stole £20 from his pocket. He was taken to hospital suffering from bruises.

DC Mark Cruise from Blackburn CID said: “I would appeal to anybody that witnessed this incident or with any information that could assist with our investigation to come forward.”
